Tracey L. Scott, Senior Urban Designer
Ms. Scott is an urban designer, with over five years of experience in architecture, urban design, and planning. Tracey’s experience includes planning for the revitalizing of cities by being sensitive to community needs and desires and collaborating with community groups, government agencies, and other design professionals in order to create new identities for town centers that strive to re-establish a sense of community. In the past three years, Tracey has collaborated with the Baltimore City Planning Department, the Prince George’s Planning Department, and the Mount Rainier Mixed-Use Town Center Review Committee on these endeavours. Tracey’s recent projects include Urban Block Strategy Plan for the City of San Bernardino, Crenshaw/LAX Joint Development Study and Station Area Planning for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority,

Ms Scott studied at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Maryland. She has a Charrette Planning Certificate from the National Charrette Institute. She is an active participant at the Urban Land Institute and the Congress for New Urbanism.
