The Highland Avenue / Medical Center Neighborhood Planning Study will facilitate the redevelopment of the plan area in a manner that will leverage its proximity to the Foothill (210) Freeway and Riverside (215) Freeways. The Planning Study recommends redevelopment potential in the form of 3 to 4 opportunity sites with specific recommendations for the type of potential development and program uses.
